What A-TEC does
A-TEC Consultancy is a consultancy service that guides engineers, contractors and engineering firms through PEC-related processes. A-TEC is not part of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and is not affiliated with PEC. All timelines given anywhere on this site are approximate and depend on PEC's own process, which A-TEC does not control. We do not guarantee that any application will be approved.
Fees
Official PEC fees and A-TEC's own consultancy charges are explained and confirmed with you at the Fee Confirmation step of the process, before any application work goes ahead.
Refunds
If work has not yet started, any advance paid is refunded in full. If work has started but the application has not yet been submitted to PEC, 50% is refunded. Once an application has been submitted to PEC, no refund is given, since PEC's own submission fee is not returned to A-TEC either.
