What we collect
When you fill in the consultation form: your name, your WhatsApp number, the service you need, and an optional short message. We never ask for your CNIC, NTN, or any PEC document number through the form or through WhatsApp before you decide to work with us.
How we use it
Only to contact you about your request — an initial WhatsApp message, and up to two follow-up reminders if you do not reply, each with a way to opt out. We do not sell or share your information for anyone else's marketing.
Who holds it
The service providers used to run this form and process your request: Google (the request list and email), Cloudflare (the website, the form, and the database it is stored in), Meta (WhatsApp), and Claude (an AI tool that helps draft replies — it never sends anything without our review).
How long we keep it
If you do not respond to our messages, your request is kept for 6 months and then removed. If you become a client, we keep what is needed for as long as we are working with you and as required for our own records.
Cookies
This site uses one necessary cookie, set by Cloudflare Turnstile, to check that form submissions come from a real visitor and not automated spam. No analytics or marketing cookies are set today. If that changes, this page and the cookie banner will be updated first.
